Personal Documents:

• Current and old passports scan copy (all pages)
• Two recent color photographs (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background but no cap and sunglasses. 
• Birth certificate / national ID scan copy.
• Marriage certificate/ divorce certificate scan copy. (If apply with family)
• Family information (father, mother, sister, brother, spouse, and child’s date of birth, place of birth, Address, current nationality), etc.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages)
• (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.
• (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates
• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original verbal note (for official passport holders).
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
• Business card: 02 pcs.
• Confirmed air ticket 
• Confirmed Hotel Reservation. 

Financial Documents:

• Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of last 06 months for both company & personal.
• FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available).
• E-TIN certificate copy.
• Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years),
• Valuation of assets such as land and building (If any).

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Purposes: Invitation letter with contact details, inviter’s passport/ residence ID, and status in Lebanon.
• For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host company. Including conference registration details, reasons for applicant’s
• Visit, itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved. 

Visa Fees & Service Charge:

• The Embassy Visa fee is 7900 tk.
• M&N Holidays service charge TK. 7,000 (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed).

Processing Time:

• Tourist visa: Around 30 days (File processing + Appointment+ Embassy (New Delhi).
• Business visa: 60 days (File processing + Appointment + Embassy).

• Finger must be free of “MEHEDI or any other color” when facing Biometric at embassy / Application enter.
