Personal Documents:

•  Current passport with all old passports
•  Two recent color photographs (size 2 X 2 inches) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
•  Birth certificate / national ID card copy of applicants.
•  Marriage certificate/ divorce certificate scan copy. (If apply with family)

Professional Documents:

•  For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages)
• (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.
• (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of article, Form 12, IRC, ERC and
• Membership Certificates
• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement / government order (GO) &
• original note verbal (for official passport holders).
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
• Business card: 02 pcs.

Financial Documents:

•  Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of last 06 months for bothcompany & personal.

Overseas Documents:

•  For Tourist Purposes: Invitation letter with contact details, inviter’s passport/ residence ID and status in Iran.
•  For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host company. Including conference registration details, reasons for applicant’s visit, itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved.

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

 Visa fee TK. 7500/- including service charge.

Processing Time:

 Tourist visa: Total 3 - 7 weeks (File processing + Embassy).

• File processing for visas will start only after receiving all necessary documents.
• Processing time, requirements, and fees are subject to change by the Embassy without any prior notice.
• The embassy reserves all the rights to ask for any additional document other than the above-mentioned checklist.
• All Bangla documents must be translated by English and notarized.
• Finger must be free of “MEHEDI or any other color” when face Bio metric at embassy / Application center.
• Applicants have to bring all original documents at the time of the interview at embassy / Application center.
