Personal Document:

• Current and old passports 
• Two recent color photographs (2 X 2 inch) with white backgrounds but no cap and no sunglasses.
• NID copy  
• Birth Certificate of Children 
• For Medical visa: Bangladeshi hospital/doctor’s reference letter from doctor’s pad/ hospital pad including nature of diseases patient’s medical report details.

Professional Documents:

•    For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank page

  (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy

  (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

•    For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original note verbal (official pp)
•   For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
•   Business card: 02 pcs.
•   For Medical: Doctor Prescription and report copy.

Financial Documents:

• Bank statement (original) with bank seal and signature. The balance should have a minimum of TK. 20,000. Or       
• Dollar endorsements original copy (minimum 150 USD). 

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Purposes: Personal Invitation letter & evidence of your inviter’s passport and status in India ( if available) ·        
• For Business Visit: An invitation letter from the host organization in Indian Conference registration details.  
• For Medical visits: Indian Doctor’s appointment letter with seal and sign.

Other Mandatory documents:

• Utility bill copy such as Electricity- Bill copy, water bill copy, or Gas bill copy.

Visa Fee with Service Charge: 

• Embassy Visa fee TK. 850  
• M&N Holidays service charge TK. 1000

Processing Time:

• Tourist: Total 5-7 Calendars Days (File processing + Embassy)  ·        
• Business: Total 7-10 Calendars Days (File processing + Embassy) ·        

Medical: Total 05 Calendars Days (File processing + Embassy)
