Hotel Details:

Economy Package (3* Hotel)
Makkah: Jawharah al hijrah or Similar (750 Mtr from Masjid Al Haram).
Madinah: Diyar Al Noor or Similar (750 Mtr from Masjid Al Nabawi).

Package Includes:

Ø  Air ticket: Dhaka– Meddah, Jeddah – Dhaka (Economy class).
Ø  03 night’s hotel in Madinah.
Ø  02 night’s hotel in Makkah.
Ø  Transportation: Madinah Airport–Madinah–Makkah–Jeddah Airport
Ø  Visa Fee.
Ø  Health Insurance.
Ø  Meet & assist at Jeddah Airport.
Ø  Room Service as per hotel rules.
Ø  Makkah Ziyarah/Sightseeing: Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Jabal-e-Noor, Jabal-e-soor, Jannatul Mualla, etc (on a request basis).
Ø  Madinah Ziyarah/Sightseeing: Masjid al-Nabawi, Jannatul Baqi, Masjid Quba, Imam Ali [a]'s house, Masjid-e-Jummah, etc (on request basis).

Ø  Any kinds of personal costs
Ø  Others are not mentioned above.

Payment Policy:
Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount at the time of booking.
Phase 2: 30% of the total package amount at the time of package confirmation.

Requirements:

Ø  Biometrics Confirmation copy. (Saudi Visa Bio Apps)
Ø  Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months.
Ø  2 copies of passport-size white background photographs.

Cancellation Policy:

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges are dependent on the airline's policy.

Remarks:

General:

Ø  Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
Ø  The permitted age for pax is 18 years and there is no impediment for the most extreme.
Ø  Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
Ø  Just a one-time Umrah is permitted and a timetable is needed for performing Umrah.
Ø  In Double/twin room maximum two persons can stay.
Ø  Package itinerary can change but must be informed before travel.
Ø  All services depend on subject to availability at the time of booking.
Ø  Package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
Ø  Any changes can occur without prior notice.
Ø  No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
Ø  M&N Holidays reserves the right to charge extra amount if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities for any tour packages or services.

Vehicle Status:

Ø  All transportations Jeddah/Makkah/Madinah and Ziyarah will be by bus. Maximum two bagages allowed per person. For private transportation; number of bagages allowed based on the number of guests and vehicle size.
Ø  Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
Ø  All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
Ø  M&N Holidays is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

Hotel Policies:

Ø  As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM. M&N Holidays is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
Ø  Only Hotel Authorities reserves the right to provide an available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (For example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However, M&N Holidays is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
Ø  Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly a local star rating, not an international star rating. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the M&N Holidays salesperson before booking the package.

Passport Policies:

Ø  During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone then he/she is responsible for it.

Moyallem Activities:

Ø  Moyallem will not be available at the time of performing UMRAH. For ziyarah; driver cum guide or any other guide will guide them. Guide/Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel

Flight Schedule:

Ø  For any kind of natural issues (for example); if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added. 
Ø  For any kind of natural issues like flight delays or missing luggage by airlines then M&N Holidays will not be responsible for that.
