Payment Policy:

Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount at the time of booking.

Phase 2: 30% of the total package amount at the time of package confirmation.

Requirements:

v    Biometrics Confirmation copy. (Saudi Visa Bio Apps)

v  Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months.

v  2 copies of passport-size white background photographs.

Cancellation Policy

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges are dependent on the airline's policy.

Remarks:

GENERAL:

v  Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.

v  The permitted age for pax is 18 years and there does not impede the most extreme.

v  Approved vaccines are Pfizer Biotech, Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson with the full dose. A booster dose of one of the approved vaccines (Pfizer Biotech / Oxford AstraZeneca / Moderna / Johnson & Johnson) is required for the pilgrim who has taken SINOPHARM OR SINOVAC.

v  Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.

v  Just a one-time Umrah is permitted and pre timetable is needed for performing Umrah.

v  A maximum of two people can stay in one room (Twin). So, there is no option to book a triple or quad room.

v  Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.

v  All services depend on subject to availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.

v  Any changes can occur without prior notice.

v  No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.

v  M&N Holidays reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any tour package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.

v  We have given a 5% discount on all our published packages, but no discount will be given to the EMI beneficiaries (Maximum for 6 months).

VEHICLE STATUS:

v  All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus. Mentioned that a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed per person. However, for private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.

v  Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.

v  All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.

v  M&N Holidays is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.
