•  Current and old passports. ·
•  Two recent color photographs (size 3.5 X 4.5 cm) on matt paper (should not be used in any of the previous visas)
•  Birth certificate copy of children (if traveling with family) ·
•  Nid card
•  Utility bill Copy
•  Marriage certificate if applies with family but the spouse's name is not mentioned in the spouse's passport or vice versa

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages)                
•  (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy                                                                 
•  (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates. 
• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Employee ID Card copy, Pay slip of last 3 months / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original verbal note (for official passport holders). 
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter.
• Business Card: 02 pcs. 
• TIN Certificate
• Last Thailand visa copy ( If you have a previous visa )
• Applicants 2 Contact Numbers

    Financial Documents:  

• Original Bank statement (last 06 months) & solvency certificate for both company & personal. The balance should have a minimum of TK— 100,000 for single applicants and TK. 1, 50,000 for families.
