Personal Document:

•  Current and old passports.
•  Two recent color photographs (size 35 X 45mm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
•  Marriage certificate, Birth certificate copy of children (if traveling with family)

Professional Documents:

•    For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank page

  (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy

  (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

•   For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original note verbal (official pp)
•   For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
•   Business card: 02 pcs.
•   For Medical: Doctor Prescription and report copy.

Financial Documents:

•   Bank statement & solvency certificate (original) with bank seal and signature of last 06 months for both company & personal. A balance should have a minimum of TK. 100,000 for single applicants and TK. 1, 50,000 for family.

Overseas Documents:

•  For Tourist visit: A letter of invitation from the holiday organization in Singapore. NRIC no and registration details must be described in the LOI. (M&N Holidays can arrange LOI from Singapore)
•  For Business visit: A letter of invitation from the host organization in Singapore. Conference / Seminar registration details organization full address, phone no, email address, NRIC no, and registration details must be described in the letter.   
•  For Medical visit: A letter of invitation from the hospital in Singapore. Hospital name, full address, phone no, email address, hospital UEN no, doctor’s information such as name, designation, phone no, email address, types of treatments, treatment duration, NRIC no registration details must be described in the letter. (M&N Holidays can arrange Medical LOI from Singapore) 

Visa Fees & Processing Time:

•  Tourist: Visa fee with service charge TK. 5,500. (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed).
• Medical (Private Invitation): Visa fee with service charge TK. 7,000. (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed).
• Medical (Govt. Invitation): Visa fee with service charge TK. 8,500. (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed). 

Processing Time:

• Total 7-8 Working Days for tourists and 7-10 working days for business & medical visas.

Remarks:

• M&N Holidays provides only consultancy services and doesn’t provide any guarantee for visas.
• File processing for a visa will start only after receiving all necessary documents 
• Processing time, requirements, and fees are subject to change by the Embassy without any prior notice 
• The embassy reserves all the rights to ask for any additional documents with the above-mentioned checklist.
• All Bangla documents must be translated into English and notarized
