Personal Documents:

• Current and old passports
• Two recent color photographs (size 35 X 45 mm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
• NID
• Original Air Tickets or Booking Confirmation receipt and their copies.
• HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate and its copy as well as Medical Fitness Certificate and its copy in case one applies for a Visa with a validity of more than three months.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages

(ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.

(ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original verbal note (for official passport holders).
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
• Business card: 02 pcs.

Financial Documents:

• Original Bank statement (last 06 months) & solvency certificate for both company & personal.
• FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available).
• E-TIN certificate copy.
• Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years),
• Valuation of assets such as land and building (If any).

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Purpose: Original Invitation for Entry from the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation and its copy. The Invitation is to be arranged in the Russian Federation by inviting a person, business partner, or education institution. Copies are disregarded. Those who intend to visit Russia for Tourist Purposes should submit Originals of Tourist Vouchers and Confirmation of Receiving a Foreign Tourist, which is obtained from a Russian Travel Agency registered with the Consular Department of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
• For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host organization in Ireland. Including conference registration details, reasons for the applicant’s visit, itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved, and applicant’s employment contract details.

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

• Embassy fee: Single Entry: Normal: TK. 6800, Urgent: TK. 13600. Double Entry: Normal: 10880, Urgent: TK. 21760. Multiple Entry: Normal: 20400, Urgent: TK. 40800
• Processing fee: TK. 30,000 (Including Invitation).

Note: Other expenses will be added (if needed: Notary, translation, Health insurance etc.)

Processing Time:

• File Processing: 3/4 Working Days
• Embassy Processing: 4-20 working days (normally 5 working days), 1-3 working days (urgent for Business)

• Visa fees & Service charges are always non-refundable.
