• Marriage certificate, Birth certificate of children (if traveling with family)

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages

(ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.

(ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original verbal note (for official passport holders).
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
• Business card: 02 pcs.

Financial Documents:

• Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of Last 06 months for both company & personal.
• Income tax certificate copy last year, E-TIN certificate copy.

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Purposes: Invitation letter & inviter’s passport copy and status in the Philippines (If available).
• For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host organization in the Philippines. Including conference registration details, reasons for the applicant’s visit, itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved, and applicant’s employment contract details.

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

• Embassy Visa fee including service charge TK 8000 (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed).

Processing Time:

• Tourist: Total 10 Working Days (File processing + Embassy)
• Business: Total 10 Working Days (File processing + Embassy)
