Personal Documents:

• Current and old passports
• Two recent color photographs (passport size) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
• Birth certificate / national ID card copy of applicants.
• Marriage certificate (If Apply with Family)

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages

(ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.

(ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original verbal note (for official passport holders).
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
• Business card: 02 pcs.

Financial Documents:

• Original Bank statement (last 06 months) & solvency certificate for both company & personal.
• FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available).
• E-TIN certificate copy.
• Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years),
• Valuation of assets such as land and building (If any).

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Purpose: Personal Invitation letter & evidence of your inviter’s passport and status in Mauritius (If available).
• For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host organization in Mauritius. Including conference registration details, reasons for the applicant’s visit, itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved, and applicant’s employment contract details

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

• Embassy Visa fee + Service Charge TK. 35,000. (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed).

Processing Time:

• Tourist visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Embassy).
• Business visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Embassy).

Remarks:

• Slovakia visa processed by Italy Embassy in Bangladesh

• File processing for visas will start only after receiving all necessary documents.
• Processing time, requirements, and fees are subject to change by the Embassy without any prior notice.
• The embassy reserves all the rights to ask for any additional document other than the above-mentioned checklist.
• All Bangla documents must be translated into English and notarized.
• The finger must be free of “MEHEDI or any other color” when facing Biometric at the embassy / Application center.
• Applicants have to bring all original documents at the time of the interview at the embassy / Application center.
