Personal Document:

•  Current and old passports.
•  Two recent color photographs (size 35 X 50mm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
•  Marriage certificate, Birth certificate copy of children (if traveling with family)

Professional Documents:

•    For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank page

  (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy

  (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

•   For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original note verbal (official pp)
•   For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
•   Business card: 02 pcs.
•   For Medical: Doctor Prescription and report copy.

Financial Documents:

• Original Bank statement ((last 06 months) & solvency certificate with bank seal and signature for both company & personal. The balance should have a minimum of TK. 100,000 for single applicants and TK. 1, 50,000 for family. 

Overseas Documents (For Business visits only)

•  letter of invitation from the host organization in Malaysia. Moreover, conference registration details must be described in the letter.     
• A letter from your employer stating the reasons for your visit, contact details of the business parties involved, and your employment contract.

Visa Fee & Processing Time:

• E- Visa Fee: TK. 5,500 including service charge.
• E - Visa Processing Time: 05-10 Working Days.
