Description
Personal Documents:
- Current and old passports scan copy (all pages)
- National ID scan copy.
- Marriage certificate/ divorce certificate scan copy. (If apply with family)
- Family information (father, mother, spouse, and child’s name, date of birth, place of birth, Address, current nationality) etc.
- Applicants’ educational history: Institution name, institution’s address, area of study (subject), assessment year.
Professional Documents:
- For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages)
(ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.
(ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates - For Employees: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO), and original verbal note (for official passport holders).
- For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
- Business card: 02 pcs.
Financial Documents:
- Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of last 06 months for both company & personal.
- FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available).
- E-TIN certificate copy.
- Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years),
- Valuation of assets such as land and building (If any).
Overseas Documents:
- For Tourist Purpose: Invitation letter with contact details, inviter’s passport/ residence ID and status in Canada.
- For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host company. Including conference registration details, reasons for applicant’s visit, and itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved.
Visa Fees & Service Charge:
- Embassy Visa fee around TK. 17,480. ( 185 CAD)
- M&N Holidays service charge TK. 7,000 (Notary, insurance, and translation charges are additional- if needed).
Processing Time:
- Tourist visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Appointment+ Embassy).
- Business visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Appointment + Embassy).

- All Bangla documents must be translated into English and notarized.
- The finger must be free of “MEHEDI or any other color” when facing Bio metric at the embassy / Application center.
- Applicants have to bring all original documents at the time of the interview at the embassy / Application center.

I you would like to download the Canadian visa application form. Firstly, You will have to visit the official website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC): https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship.html
You can apply for a Canadian visa from Bangladesh in two ways: One is an Online Application ( which is Recommended) Create an IRCC Account on the official Canada Immigration Website. Fill out the Required Forms correctly (IMM 5257, IMM 5707, etc.). Upload Supporting Documents, including passport copies, photos, travel history, financial statements, and any other required papers. Then, you need to pay the Visa Fee online via credit/debit card. Submit Your Application and wait for the processing of your visa. If required, give biometrics at the VFS Global Bangladesh center. The other way is the Paper Application (Offline Method) Download and print the required visa application forms. Fill out the forms manually and attach the necessary documents. Visit the VFS Global Canada Visa Application Center in Dhaka. Submit your application and pay the fee at the center. Provide biometrics if requested. If you want to submit your Canada visa application form online, You need to follow these steps: Sign in to your IRCC Secure Account: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html. Click on “Apply for a Visitor Visa” (or relevant visa category). Upload the completed application forms and supporting documents (passport, photos, financial proof, etc.). Pay the visa processing fee using a debit or credit card. Submit the application and receive a confirmation email. Schedule your biometrics appointment (if required). Track your application through the IRCC portal.
If you want to fill out the Canada visa form online, follow these tips: First, use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the PDF form. Then, enter your details correctly, matching your passport information. After that, avoid blank fields—if a question does not apply, write "N/A". After, Ensure the correct dates in DD/MM/YYYY format. Next, validate the form (Click the "Validate" button to check for errors). Finally, save and upload the validated form to your IRCC account “Provide unique and SEO friendly answers.”
