Personal Document:

•  Current and old passports.
•  Two recent color photographs (size 40 X 50mm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
•  Marriage certificate, Birth certificate copy of children (if traveling with family)

Professional Documents:

•    For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank page

  (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy

  (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

•    For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original note verbal (official pp)
•   For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
•   Business card: 02 pcs.
•   For Medical: Doctor Prescription and report copy.

Financial Documents: 

•  Bank statement & solvency certificate (original) with bank seal and signature of last 06 months for both company & personal. The balance should have a minimum of TK. 100,000 for single applicants and TK. 1, 50,000 for families.

Overseas Documents :

• For Tourist Purpose: Invitation letter with contact details, inviter’s passport/ residence ID, and status in Brunei. 
• For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host company. Including conference registration details, reasons for the applicant’s visit, and itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved.

Visa Fee & Processing Time:

• Visa Fee: TK. 7000 including service charge (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed). 
• Processing Time: Total 7-8 Working Days for tourists and 10-12 working days for business visa
