Personal Document:

• Current and all old passports ·
• Two recent color photographs (size 30 X 40 mm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
• Birth certificate / national ID copy
• HIV Test Certificate (From any competent hospital, in English and with a validity of 1 month.) 
• A copy of the Medical Insurance Certificate
• Marriage certificate copy ( If applied with family)

Professional Documents:

•   For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank page

  (ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy

  (ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

•   For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original note verbal (official pp)
•   For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
•   Business card: 02 pcs.

Financial Documents:

• Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of last 06 months for both company & personal  FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available). 
• E-TIN certificate copy. 
• Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years)
• Valuation of assets such as land and building (If any).

Overseas Documents :

• For Tourist Purpose: Invitation letter with contact details, inviter’s passport/ residence ID, and status in Azerbaijan. 
• For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host company. Including conference registration details, reasons for the applicant’s visit, and itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved

Visa Fee & Service Charge: 

• Embassy fee + Service charge BDT 30,000/- per person 

Processing Time:

• Tourist visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Appointment+ Embassy) 
• Business visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Appointment + Embassy).
