Itinerary:

• Day 01 | 28 MAR: Dhaka – Jeddah – Makkah (Umrah) Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel, Check-in hotel and SAME DAY PERFORM UMRAH.
• Day 02 | 29 MAR: Makkah (Jumm’a) Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.
• Day 03-13 | 30MAR – 09 APR: Makkah (Jumm’a on 05 APR) Check out from the hotel, find, and stay at the best place in Masjid-Al-Haram for I’tikaf, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.
• Day 14 | 10 APR: Makkah Madinah (Eid-Ul-Fitr + Makkah Ziyarah)

1. Perform Eid-Ul-Fitr Prayer and then enjoy Makkah Ziyarah.
2. Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel,
3. Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) - where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter to flee from the Quraish,
4. Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,
5. Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,
6. Jamarat - This is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S), -
7. Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon,
8. Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
9. Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib), and first wife (Khadijah),
10. Masjid Jinn - where a group of jinn is said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad (PBUH). After the ziyarah take your lunch (own management) and then transfer to Madinah. Check-in the Madinah hotel and focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

• Day 15 | 11 APR: Madinah Ziyarah

1. Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims), Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah,
2. Masjid-e- Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayer first Juma,
3. Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
4. Masjid E Juma - Where our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Khutba of Juma Mubarak on Friday,
5. Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies of suffering fewer casualties. After the ziyarah focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

• Day 16 | 12 APR: Madinah (Jumm’a) You can visit The Baqi Al Gharqad and can visit Riyazul Jannah (must make an appointment with the NUSUK App).
• Day 17 | 13 APR: Madinah - Dhaka Check out from the Madinah hotel, transfer to Madinah airport to depart to Dhaka.

Payment Policy:

• Phase-1: 80% of the total package amount at the time of booking.
• Phase-2: 20% of total package amount before seven days of travel date.

Requirements:

• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
• A Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months.
• One copy passport size white background photograph.

Cancellation Policy

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or refund charges are dependent on the airline's policy.

Remarks:

GENERAL:

• Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
• The permitted age for pax is 18 years and there is no impediment for the most extreme.
• Approved vaccines are Pfizer Biotech, Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson with the full dose. A booster dose of one of the approved vaccines (Pfizer Biotech / Oxford AstraZeneca / Moderna / Johnson & Johnson) is required for the pilgrim who has taken SINOPHARM OR SINOVAC.
• Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
• PCR test is required before departure both from BGD & KSA. PCR test is also required upon arrival @ KSA (JED Airport).
• Just a one-time Umrah is permitted and pre timetable is needed for performing Umrah.
• A maximum of two people can stay in one room (Twin). So, there is no option to book a triple or quad room.
• Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
• All services depend on subject to availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
• Any changes can occur without prior notice.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• M&N Holidays reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any tour package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.
• We have given a 5% discount on all our published packages, but no discount will be given to the EMI beneficiaries (Maximum for 6 months).

VEHICLE STATUS:

• All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus. Mentioned that, a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed per person. However, for private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.
• Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
• All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
• M&N Holidays is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

HOTEL POLICIES:

• As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “CheckOut” time is 12:00 PM. M and n Holidays is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
• Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide an available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (For example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
• M&N Holidays is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
• Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly a local star rating, not an international star rating. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the m and n Holidays salesperson before booking the package.

PASSPORT POLICIES:

• During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone then it’s the guest's responsibility to inform M&N Holidays on the same day.

MOYALLEM ACTIVITIES:

• Moyallem will not be available at the time of performing UMRAH. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE:

• For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.
• For any kind of natural issues like flight delays or missing luggage by airlines then M&N Holidays will not be responsible for that.
